The app is fluid and a pleasure to use. Its good experience but there is room for improvement. Right now if you want to pay with the Starbucks app you need to buy a gift card and then link that up to your account in the app. This being a one time process makes it not a big deal however when you want to recharge your gift card the employees every time struggle with this at least if you want to recharge over ¥100 because when they recharge it they can only put it in increments of ¥100. My most optimal solution is to be able to link your bank card to your rewards card. MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
