Its handy to use my phone for rewards. But when I bought a gift card to add money to my account, then I had to use a password to use the money AND to just use my rewards. Hence, using a gift card made using my rewards too much of a hassle. Also, I dont understand the inbox. It doesnt seem to make any difference to"pin" if I pin mail; because it all just stays there and gets in the way! And often my reward code is "loading" when I need to scan it. VERY inconvenient.
